ReplyDeleteHey Mary! We just Googled "canning tomatoes" to learn how to do it right. For the pasta sauce, Lee just used the stewed tomatoes and a bunch of different spices. Then this is the salsa recipe he uses: http://greensboring.com/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=5851
